Your Responsibilities As a group leader, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security work. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include: Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses Daily management and support to security officers in their work Ensuring quality in completed assignments and reporting Active collaboration with customers and stakeholders Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area The position covers Luleå and Boden and surrounding areas and requires a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
