About Us We are now seeking a Development Engineer for the Material and Structural Integrity group, which is part of the Structural Integrity and Fuel Service unit at Ringhals. As a Development Engineer, you will be an important part of our group and our teams! The group is responsible for conducting proactive and long-term maintenance work on primary system components. This involves developing and managing strategies for aging management and maintenance within the technical field. The work tasks have clear connections to material engineering, fracture mechanics and strength, as well as recurring inspection of components and equipment. We are looking for an engaged and experienced development engineer who wants to help develop our operations. As an engineer, you will play a key role in leading and conducting analyses. Examples of Work Tasks Maintain comprehensive and current programs for maintenance and aging of primary system components Identify maintenance, analysis, and testing needs of primary system components Develop materials for technical area strategies for primary systems Manage analyses related to structural integrity Requirements Specification About You We are looking for a strategic and analytical person who can handle complex issues. You are not afraid to take personal responsibility and drive matters forward. You need to be well-organized and have the ability to plan and coordinate work to ensure order and structure. Since there are not always exact answers to the complex tasks that need to be handled, it is important that you can navigate uncertain situations and find solutions. You should also be solution-oriented and proactive, have good collaboration and leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. In addition, we require: Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering degree with experience in material engineering, aging management, structural integrity, etc. Previous experience with analysis work, preferably in a leadership role Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Information What We Offer We know that our employees are the key to our success.
