About the role As a group manager at Lillsjö Badväg, you combine administrative leadership with being present in the daily care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy. Close leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality in the operations according to Humana's methods. Development: You are part of the local management team and report to the operations manager. Here you get to influence the future of the residence. Working hours: The position involves daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. About us Lillsjö Badväg is a modern and safe senior living facility located in a pleasant residential area in Kungsängen, Upplands-Bro municipality. Our elderly residents live here in a calm and nature-close environment, with beautiful Lillsjön just around the corner. The area offers lovely walking paths, proximity to nature and activities, as well as good transportation options. The residence is personal and homey and consists of 80 apartments distributed over four floors and eight units. Each unit has a shared kitchen with bright and pleasant dining rooms, where meals become an important part of the day's community. There are also living rooms that invite socializing, activities, and social togetherness. At Lillsjö Badväg, we work from a person-centered approach, where each individual is at the center. We want to create a safe, meaningful, and dignified everyday life for our residents, where their needs, wishes, and life stories have a place. As a group manager, you become an important part in creating together with staff an operation where both our residents and employees thrive, develop, and feel secure. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and who is passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for someone who: Is clear in your communication and creates participation in the team. Has a coaching approach and is responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good computer skills. Education in leadership and experience leading in senior care are merits. About the position: Working hours and employment degree: Day, evening, and weekend shifts - 100%. Form of employment: Permanent position; we apply a six-month probationary period. Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary. Other compensation is provided according to collective agreement. Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
