Your Future Challenge The Measurement, Photography and Environmental Lab Department is now undergoing a development journey where we strengthen our leadership to create even better conditions for the department's continued growth. As our current acting department manager has assumed the role of department manager, we are developing our management structure and are now recruiting for three key management positions: group leader measurement/deputy, group leader photography, and group leader environmental lab. In your role as group leader for photography, you will be the direct manager of our photographers, a team of approximately 15 employees. With the help of high-speed cameras, specialized optics, and other advanced measurement and imaging equipment, the group captures events that cannot be perceived with the naked eye. As group leader, you will have an important role in creating good conditions for both the department's and employees' development. Since this role is new, you have a unique opportunity to help shape its content, work methods, and structure together with other managers within the department. We are therefore looking for someone who thrives in a developing environment, takes own initiatives, and has the ability to drive work forward even when all frameworks are not yet set. Your responsibilities may include: Lead, plan, and distribute work for the photographers. Ensure resources, competence, and safety during testing. Take responsibility for leave planning, recruitment, rehabilitation, and employee and salary discussions. Support the planning department in main planning work. Take responsibility for safety rounds, introduction, and training. Contribute to development of processes, work methods, and collaboration within the department. Create conditions for continuous competence development and development of the photography operation. Work environment responsibility for the photographers. Photographic technical expertise or experience with industrial/testing-related photography is a merit. Experience from technical or industrial operations is a merit. Experience working within the defense industry or related sector is a merit. The role requires: Security clearance according to applicable laws and guidelines is a requirement.
