About Us
With security and customer satisfaction in focus, the Operations Planning group is responsible for all operations and outage planning in E.ON's local networks. The group works closely with several parts of the business to create a smooth and efficient process. As the number of work orders and complexity increases, we develop smarter ways of working through digitalization and automation.
Your Role
As Group Manager Operations Planning Local Networks, you lead and develop the business and the group's approximately 22 employees. You ensure that planned work and operational measures are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
You work with, among other things:
• Leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Ensuring progress in operations and outage planning
• Driving digitalization and improvement of processes and system support
• Collaborating with contractors and internal parties
• Implementing new regulations, working methods, and framework agreements
• Contributing to the operations organization's management team
The role involves travel between Malmö and Norrköping, as you lead employees at both locations. Both Malmö and Norrköping are possible work locations for the position.
Your Experience
We are looking for you with leadership experience, strong electrical power technical competence, and understanding of operations, maintenance, or planning of critical infrastructure. You are comfortable making decisions with safety as the focus.
We would like to see that you have:
• Experience in personnel management and team development
• Electrical power technical competence and understanding of electrical network operations
• Knowledge of regulations and safety requirements
• Experience in business development, change management, or digitalization
You are a confident and engaging leader who develops people and operations. You see opportunities in new technology, build trustful relationships, and achieve results together with others.
