We are looking for someone interested in a Group Chief position at Gränbystadens vårdcentral with start date by agreement. As Group Chief, you will be operatively responsible for part of the operations and will combine the position with clinical duties. You will be offered a permanent employment in your base profession with a management assignment of at least three years. The distribution of your duties between the Group Chief assignment and remaining clinical work will be determined by agreement. Your Assignment As Group Chief, you will work on behalf of and together with the Operations Manager to plan, organize, and lead the work at the health center. You will have personnel responsibility for parts of the health center, which includes recruitment, employee and salary discussions, work environment, and rehabilitation. You will create and spread security in everyday operations through communicative, trust-based, and responsible leadership. You will be part of the management group, where one of the aims is to promote collaboration between professions around our patients. We expect you to have the ability to take a broader view and help develop our working methods, from patient flows to adopting new technology. Your Qualifications Since the assignment is combined with clinical duties, you must be educated within one of the professions available at our health center. You have further experience working in primary care and have previous experience in a leadership role. We are looking for someone interested in leadership and operations development and who is interested in applying a coaching and trust-based leadership approach. Your approach is characterized by openness and a forward-thinking attitude. The assignment requires that you possess good collaboration skills and that you are clear, attentive, and innovative. You have a good understanding of your role as an employer representative, your authority, and the goals for your operations and can communicate this to the health center's staff. Having a patient perspective is self-evident to you, and you want to develop the operations so that we become an attractive choice for the region's residents. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our Operations The health center belongs to the Close Care and Health division of Region Uppsala. In the rapidly growing area around Gränby centrum, our fine and newly built health center is located. We have approximately 43 employees who together offer most primary care services, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care.
