We are looking for someone interested in a position as Group Manager at Gränbystadens vårdcentral, with a start date to be agreed upon. As Group Manager, you will be operationally responsible for part of the operations and will combine the role with clinical duties. You are offered a permanent position in your primary profession with a management assignment lasting at least three years. The distribution of your time between the Group Manager role and remaining clinical work will be agreed upon. Your Assignment As Group Manager, you will, on behalf of and together with the Operations Manager, plan, organize, and lead the work at the health center. You will have personnel responsibility for parts of the health center, which includes recruitment, employee and salary discussions, work environment, and rehabilitation. You create and foster a sense of security in daily operations through communicative, trustful, and responsible leadership. You will be part of the management team, where one of the objectives is to promote collaboration between professional categories around our patients. We expect you to be able to take a broader perspective and help develop our working methods, from patient flows to adopting new technology. Your Competence Since the assignment is combined with clinical duties, you must be trained within one of the professions at our health center. You also have experience working in primary care and previous experience in a management role. We are looking for someone interested in leadership and business development who is interested in applying a coaching and trust-based leadership approach. Your approach is characterized by openness and a forward-thinking mindset. The role requires you to have strong collaboration skills and to be clear, responsive, and innovative. You are well aware of your role as an employer representative, your authority, and the objectives for your operations, and you can communicate these to the health center's staff. Having a patient perspective is self-evident to you, and you want to develop the operations so that we become an attractive choice for residents of the region. We place great importance on personal suitability. Our Operations The health center is part of the Near Care and Health Administration at Region Uppsala. In the rapidly growing area around Gränby centrum, you will find our beautiful newly built health center. We are approximately 43 employees who together provide most services within primary care.
