What we offer
As a group manager, your main task is to lead your group to good results, a group with approximately 25 employees. You do this by planning work, ensuring daily operations, and following up on and developing both operations and employees. This requires present leadership where you constantly work on developing team spirit in your group.
Your responsibilities include, for example, employee conversations, conducting group meetings, rehabilitation, and recruitment. You are responsible for driving, following up on, and developing your assigned process in the operation. You drive continuous improvement work and ensure that we meet our requirements by developing and improving routines and work methods. As a manager, you are also responsible for ensuring a good work environment within your area.
Who are you
You have previous experience as a leader. To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you have personal maturity, good communication skills, and the ability to create a successful team through participation and clarity. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and want to develop yourself, other people, and our operations. You share our vision of becoming the best unit within ICA and have the drive to work toward that goal. You see ICA's management system as a guide in the goal of getting the right products, at the right time, to the right store, and with the right quality. As a foundation, you have upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge. Furthermore, we require that you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package, as administration is an important part of the job. Previous experience and knowledge of Lean and improvement work is a merit. Work hours are arranged for evening shift work only.
