Ref: 20262118 Job Responsibilities Hermodsdalsskolan is now seeking two certified primary teachers for after-school care with responsibility for planning, instruction, and assessment. You are engaged, reliable, have good collaboration skills, and are confident in your leadership. You will be part of the after-school care team and be responsible for an after-school department where you work. To be successful with us, you need relevant experience in after-school care. Values-based work is given great importance, and we share the view that all students can and will succeed. The after-school facility is open between 06:15 and 17:30, and you are expected to be able to both open and close. Qualifications You are a certified primary teacher for after-school care. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical abilities and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a conducive study environment and good learning environment for our students throughout their entire school day. We also see that you can tailor instruction to students' different needs and challenge students to take their own initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. You have a professional approach and work toward good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. We welcome your application! About the Workplace Hermodsdalsskolan is a grades F–9 school with both primary school and adapted primary school. The primary school has 510 students and the adapted primary school has 50 students. We work with close relationships with both students and guardians, and through regular results dialogues, we adapt instruction to each student. What characterizes us is the view that all students can and will succeed. We analyze, follow up, and evaluate each student's development. If something does not work, we do it again so the student will succeed. This means an operation in constant change, and you need to thrive in both a high pace and rapid changes connected to each individual student's needs.
