Montessoriskolan Floda Säteri is now seeking a dedicated primary school teacher for after-school care who wants to continue creating education based on the after-school program's own learning objectives in LGR22. With us, you'll find yourself in a fantastic park setting that invites movement, outdoor activities, and creative experiences. We work with mixed age groups and place great emphasis on a relationship-building approach where safety, community, and the best interests of the children are always at the center. As an after-school care teacher, you are not an observer from the sidelines – you are present and actively involved in the children's everyday life. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and contribute with energy and fresh ideas to drive the program forward. You support children in growing as individuals, developing their independence, and strengthen their ability to reason through and navigate everyday situations themselves. We are looking for you if you Are a certified primary school teacher in after-school care. Are solution-oriented. Have good collaboration skills. Interact with children, colleagues, and guardians in a professional and respectful manner. Enjoy being outdoors and are happy to jump right into play or activities together with the children. Have a genuine belief in children's own capabilities and are inspired by the foundations of Montessori pedagogy regarding observation, environment, and independence. What do we offer?
