Gotlands Nursing Home is a residential care facility in Visby with space for 45 residents. About the Role
As a registered nurse with us, you will, together with two colleagues, have overall responsibility for nursing care on the units. You will lead and ensure that nursing work maintains high quality.
The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with your nursing colleagues, care staff, the rehabilitation team, and your manager. Together, you work to ensure that each patient receives safe, professional, and individually adapted care.
Your duties include:
• developing care and nursing in accordance with HSL,
• ensuring good quality in the operation,
• mentoring, teaching, and delegating to care staff,
• performing both acute and planned medical interventions,
• making independent decisions in both everyday and complex situations.
On weekends, you will work as a manager for the entire operation together with a team leader. The role requires that you have the ability to prioritize and act based on the organization's needs.
You need:
Licensed registered nurse.
At least two years of experience as a registered nurse.
Good ability to work independently and make your own decisions.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Other Information
Employment type: Permanent employment. Probationary employment may be applied.
Working hours: approximately 90%, daytime, and every third weekend.
