Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and staff are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking personal assistants for customers living in Gävle and surrounding areas. We are now seeking personal assistants for several different customers, both children and adults, with varying needs and disabilities. What does the job involve? As a personal assistant, you work where the customer is. This could be at home, at work, at school, during leisure activities, while traveling, or at other places where life happens. You help with what the customer needs support with in order to live their life as independently as possible. The work tasks vary depending on who you work with, but may include: Personal hygiene Dressing and undressing Movement assistance and aids Cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks Participating in activities and social gatherings Support with all of life's small and large moments Some customers also have medical needs where aids and services such as tracheostomy, catheterization, tube feeding, or other advanced care may be required. You will receive the introduction and training necessary for the assignment. Who are we looking for? We are not looking for a specific education or a perfect resume. We are looking for people. The employment form is primarily a needs-based employment, but in some assistant positions it can be for a certain period as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the payment is hourly wages.
