About the Role As a Field Sales Representative at Selecta, you'll become a strategic business partner to our customers. You work with solution-oriented B2B sales and are responsible for some of our largest business partners. In this role, you identify customer needs, present customized solutions, and drive the business forward together with the customer – always with a focus on long-term development and business value. You'll have broad responsibilities that include: Consultative Sales You identify needs and develop customized solutions for our corporate customers. Customer Responsibility You develop and manage relationships with key customers and serve as a strategic partner in their development. Business Development You identify new business opportunities and drive growth in your customer portfolio. Structured Approach You work with CRM and other systems to ensure quality, follow-up, and business precision. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with B2B sales experience who wants to take the next step in a role with great responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to make a real difference – both for your customers and for our business.
