Course Instructor in Acoustic Guitar! Are you a musician with a passion for teaching and inspiring others? Folkuniversitetet in Gävle is now seeking an engaged course instructor for our popular acoustic guitar courses! We're looking for someone with solid playing experience, pedagogical ability, and a desire to help develop our participants' musical knowledge and creativity. About the Role As an instructor for our acoustic guitar courses, you will teach both fundamental and more advanced playing techniques to participants at different levels. Our courses are aimed at adults who are beginners or at an intermediate level. The lessons are both practical and inspiring, with a focus on building participants' confidence and skills in playing acoustic guitar. Scope The scope is flexible and can be adapted to your preferences. Courses can be held one to two times per week during evenings or weekends. We're Looking for You If You: Have extensive experience playing acoustic guitar. Have teaching experience. Can adapt your teaching to participants' different skill levels and needs. Insight into the philosophy, pedagogy, and characteristics of folk education, as well as experience with volunteer engagement, is a merit.
