PerformIQ is now seeking printing machine operators for our client's operations in Ängelholm.
Our client is part of an international group and works with technical production of customized specialty products where high quality and precision are essential. The business is growing, and we're therefore looking for more people who want to develop together with the company.
As a printing machine operator, you'll work hands-on in production with screen printing and flexographic printing as well as finishing. You're responsible for preparing, setting up, and running the presses and monitoring production to ensure the final result meets the right quality standards.

Your work tasks include, among others:
• Operating machines for screen printing and flexographic printing as well as finishing
• Adjusting and making settings on the presses for different jobs
• Monitoring production and ensuring the right quality
• Refilling materials and ensuring production runs smoothly
• Performing minor adjustments and daily machine maintenance
• Managing and following multiple jobs in parallel
• Collaborating with colleagues in production, planning, and quality
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has an eye for detail. You thrive in a production environment where things happen and enjoy working with machines, while understanding the importance of precision and quality.
If you have previous experience in screen printing, flexographic printing, or other printing work, that's certainly very valuable – but we're also interested in you if you come from another manufacturing industry or production background and have the right technical interest and willingness to learn.
Perhaps you currently work as a machine operator, process operator, production worker, or in another practical role where machines and quality are a natural part of your daily work.

Experience from printing, production, or manufacturing industry is valuable. Technical education in, for example, printing, production, or process technology is also a plus – but for us, your practical skills, your attitude, and your willingness to learn are at least equally important.
