Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage the branch and assume full responsibility for its operations. 2. Responsible for developing overall strategy and policy for the branch, achieving targets set by headquarters and the founder, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. 3. Oversee the activities and organization of the branch. 4. Support the development of employee skills and career growth. 5. Support continuous growth of the branch. Due to communication with the founder and other entities in the holding company based in the PRC, we require proficiency in Chinese at a very good level. Job Responsibilities: 1.
