About the role As a Garment Technician, you will be part of the Sourcing organization and play a central role in ensuring correct fit, expression and grading in our products. You will manage the sample handling with quality assurance and within set deadlines in close collaboration with the team and our suppliers. The role reports to the Product Manager. Your main areas of responsibility and tasks: • Responsible for the product's fit, expression and grading. • Responsible for and conduct fittings together with the rest of the team. • Measure and check samples and ensure that samples are commented on and answered within the set timeframe. • Develop size charts and technical specifications and, when needed, product sketches and changes to garment sketches after fittings. • Register product information and comments in PLM and provide clear and understandable sample comments to suppliers. • Follow up on returns and complaints. • Contribute to developing and improving work methods, routines and processes within your area of responsibility. You have: • Good knowledge of pattern construction. • Ability to identify opportunities for change and development of fit. • Ability to develop size charts and technical specifications and work with measuring and checking samples. • Ability to document product information and sample comments in PLM and communicate clearly with suppliers. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. • A strong interest in fashion.
