Warranty Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Communication with customers when receiving and assessing warranty claims - Providing service support for KAMAG vehicles - Communication with service centers and coordination of warranty claims - Administration and organization of warranty orders - Handling warranty proceedings with suppliers - Work in the service portal - Providing technical support (Hotline) to customers and service partners REQUIREMENTS: - Secondary technical education - Ability to read technical and design documentation - Knowledge of heavy vehicle or trailer diagnostics - User-level proficiency with PC work (MS Office) - Category B driver's license - Communication skills, independence, and professional demeanor - Willingness to travel occasionally - English or German language skills at conversational level ADVANTAGES: - Experience in a similar position in the heavy vehicle, trailer, or service industry - Experience with warranty procedures or warranty management - Knowledge of working in information systems Employee Benefits: - Stable employment with a company with a long-standing tradition - Responsible and diverse work in the technical field - Opportunities for professional training and courses from manufacturers - Flexible working hours option - 5 weeks of vacation - Canteen and company catering - lunches for 36,- Kč (choice of 6 meals) - After 6 months of employment, pension insurance contribution of 650,- Kč / month - Employee liability insurance for damage caused during work Contact is available by phone (weekdays between 7:00 - 14:00) or by e-mail.
