The work team consists mainly of occupational therapists and physical therapists, and we also have three administrative staff members. Common conditions that you as a physical therapist will encounter include: complaints and injuries affecting the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurological conditions, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. Work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment is provided both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within the clinic and with other cooperating partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the business in ongoing improvement work. About You You are a licensed physical therapist. Previous experience in the field and in primary care is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated professionals. If you have supervisor training and/or further education in a relevant area for the position, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the business goals. As workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.
