The health center has approximately 5,300 registered patients and has fresh, fit-for-purpose facilities, a training hall and treatment rooms. The health center employs permanent doctors, district nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, radiography nurse, counselor, psychologist, occupational therapist, administrative assistants, rehabilitation coordinator, facilities staff, and medical foot care therapist. The health center is located in the same building as the Close Care Unit (Näva), which we operate together with the municipality, as well as the ambulance service in Strömsund.
Primary care is in an exciting development phase with focus on close care and development of distance-independent care.

JOB DUTIES
Working as a physiotherapist/physical therapist with us means that you assess, treat and advise patients in primary care with various conditions, particularly from the musculoskeletal system.
You work with health promotion activities, group activities and you collaborate with other professionals at the health center. You have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking significant independent responsibility and working autonomously. The position is characterized by a trust-based approach where you largely plan and structure your working days based on the needs of the operation. We offer a flexible schedule and the possibility of remote work approximately 1 day per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist; experience from primary care is desirable. We would like to see that you have one of the following qualifications: OMT, acupuncture, MTT, Axelina, Basal Body Awareness, BOA or equivalent qualifications.
You should have good initiative, be able to work in an interprofessional manner, be flexible and open to changes within the area of operation.
The position requires independent work, good patient interaction, good collaboration skills and professional responsibility. A driver's license category B is required for this position.
