We are seeking hourly substitutes for group homes, social psychiatry, day activities, and short-term housing/recreational services! We have 4 group homes located throughout Nora. One short-term housing/recreational service located centrally in Nora, 3 day activity centers centrally in Nora, and social psychiatry/residential support services throughout the entire Nora municipality.

Work hours vary from day shifts, evening shifts, weekend duty, and overnight shifts to longer shifts with on-call nights. Both solo work and dual staffing occur at our different workplaces.

WORK TASKS
As an hourly substitute in support services, you will work providing support and assistance to people with various forms of disabilities. Your work tasks may include:
Support with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and dressing/undressing
Stimulation and activities based on the individual's needs and wishes
Support in social settings and during leisure activities
Assistance with communication and interaction
Collaborate with family members, other care providers, and the team to create a safe and developing environment
Documentation and reporting according to current procedures and implementation plans
The work requires great attentiveness, patience, and the ability to adapt support according to each individual's unique needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Nursing assistant education with valid diploma
Pedagogical education and experience in pedagogical work
Education in NPF diagnoses and experience working with NPF diagnoses
Education in psychiatry and experience working in psychiatry
You are structured and work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, and complete what you start.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Background checks will be conducted.
