Together we create Sweden's safest workplace! About the Role Do you want to lead the development of a strategic function with major impact on safety, working methods, and regulatory compliance? We are now seeking a Function Manager Electrical Safety who wants to strengthen the safety culture, create long-term improvements, and become the organization's leading expert in electrical safety. As Function Manager Electrical Safety, you have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the organization's electrical safety work. The role involves functional leadership where you drive issues forward through collaboration, influence, and specialist expertise rather than through direct personnel management. You work closely with management, managers, project organizations, and operational activities to ensure that requirements, procedures, and working methods function in practice and create value in daily operations. At the same time, you take a central role in developing a strong safety culture, reducing risks, and translating experiences into concrete improvements. You report to Unit Manager HSE Kerstin Rodell Lundgren. Your role includes, among other things: Lead and develop the organization's electrical safety function Ensure effective governance and compliance within the electrical safety area Serve as the organization's strategic expert support in complex electrical safety matters and represent the organization in relevant external contexts Drive development of working methods, competence, and safety culture Monitor results, identify risks, and initiate improvement measures Requirements Specification Who are you? We are looking for you who have: Very good knowledge of electrical safety legislation, ESA, and industry regulations Ability to translate regulations and requirements into practical working methods in the organization Several years of experience from energy, electrical grid, construction, or other technically complex operations Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English B-category driver's license We consider it particularly valuable if you also have: Experience developing and monitoring internal control programs and safety processes Experience building or developing specialist functions in larger organizations Electrician's authorization A or AL Additional Information We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
