Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will:
Perform moisture measurements, damage investigations, and remediation inspections
Assess and document building and water damage
Take responsibility for planning, follow-up, and reporting of assignments
Collaborate with contractors and property owners
Contribute to the development of our work methods and procedures
Who Are You?
We believe that you who will thrive and succeed with us recognize yourself in the following experience and competencies:
Several years of experience as a moisture technician or equivalent
Good knowledge of building technology, materials, and moisture mechanics
Knowledge and experience working and reporting in MEPs
Holds a Class B driver's license
Meritorious: experience with dry rot remediation
Meritorious: training as a moisture technician, building engineer, or similar
Beyond the technical aspects, we see that you have a natural ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
