Sundbyholms Slott is an exclusive hotel located on the southern shore of Lake Mälaren just outside Eskilstuna, about an hour from Stockholm. With a historical origin dating back to the 1600s, the castle has been adapted to meet modern and future restaurant requirements. Peacefully situated next to the castle is the hotel section with panoramic views over Lake Mälaren. The hotel has 115 double rooms and suites. You will be responsible for planning and participating in the execution of the work, scheduling staff, and ensuring that service levels and quality remain high. The position is 75% and you report to the Restaurant Manager.
