We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people. You should be proactive, flexible, and have a knack for building trusting relationships. It is advantageous if you have a behavior-oriented education, preferably as a social pedagogue. You will be part of our team working with students' leisure time and their housing. The work is diverse and includes both activity-focused and safety-focused responsibilities. You will have close contact with both students and guardians. It is important that you create meaningful activities together with the young people and contribute to promoting their psychosocial well-being. Since the leisure time mentor position involves students' free time, work hours will include evenings and weekends. Start in mid-November or by agreement.
