ABOUT THE JOB Lycksele Municipality is strengthening central child and student health as part of a municipal assembly initiative to promote student health. We are now seeking a counselor for child and student health to strengthen the work team in Lycksele Municipality. Child and student health is an integrated service and part of the local student health team. As a counselor in child and student health, you can work in preschool, primary and secondary schools in Lycksele Municipality. A shared task within student health is to work in a preventive and health-promoting manner through collaboration and efficient use of resources, with early interventions. You will work closely with the educational activities at our schools. The assignment will have a special focus on health-promoting and preventive measures at the organizational and group level. You will have strong support from your work team along with other counselors. You will regularly participate in collaboration with Social Services on the health-promotion assignment. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right competence in the right place. We seek someone with a degree in social work. If you have experience working with children and youth, preferably in preschool/school, we see that as a merit. A valid driver's license and access to your own car are required for the position. You have a good ability to create, develop and maintain relationships and have the willingness and ability to collaborate in a team.
