Are you a meticulous and organized person who works best when everything is in order? We are now looking for a warehouse associate who wants to become an important part of our continued development. This is a practical warehouse role for someone who enjoys working hands-on, paying attention to details, and getting things done. The pace can sometimes be high, but we work together and have a lot of fun along the way.
About the Role
At FrameWorks, we handle hundreds of thousands of eyeglass frames each year, and with several thousand different items in inventory, organization, structure, and precision are absolutely critical. You will become part of our warehouse team, which now needs to expand by two employees to a total of four. You will work with the entire flow from receiving and unpacking frames from the factory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This could be a smaller sales order to individual opticians, but also larger and more extensive orders for our biggest customers. You also ensure that packaging materials and boxes are in place and that the warehouse is kept organized.
The role also includes simple work in our business system, such as handling orders and creating simple files and packing lists for customers. You also have some contact with our Swedish opticians via phone and email. The work involves a lot of standing and walking, and you use a hand truck as needed. There are no heavy lifting tasks; rather, it's about smaller and easy-to-handle products.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and has an eye for detail. With thousands of frames and many similar item numbers, you need to be the person who double-checks one extra time before moving on. A large part of the day involves picking and packing, standing and walking, and performing the same tasks many times over, so you need to be able to maintain focus and quality even when the pace is high. You are unpretentious, helpful, and enjoy being part of a team. You also need to be comfortable with simple system work and customer contact. If you are also someone who likes to take responsibility and sees what needs to be done, there are good opportunities to develop further with us.
Experience from warehouse, order handling, or similar is a merit, but the most important thing is your attitude and personality.
