We are now seeking an ERP Administration Manager with experience working with ERP systems and project management in large-scale change initiatives. About the position As an ERP Administration Manager, you will play a central role in working with the ERP team to ensure that the agency's ERP system has good administration and development, and that relevant regulations are complied with. In this role, an important task is to coordinate development needs and requirements together with the business and IT departments. You will have a key role and function as a project manager in large-scale change initiatives. The focus of the work tasks will therefore vary over time. The position is located in Stockholm. About you We are looking for someone with academic education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that we deem relevant. You have at least two years of current experience working with ERP systems and project management experience in development projects within the public sector. You need to have a good understanding of the ERP system's technical design and function, and how the organization's processes are connected to and affect the system, including finance and accounting processes. To succeed in this role, you need to have worked within IT and system administration at an overarching level. You need to have experience with governance, planning and follow-up, and have an understanding of integrations and system architecture. The position requires that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you additionally have experience in change management, and have worked with requirements management and prioritization. Similarly, if you have experience in information security in the public sector (e.g. ISO 27001). Personal qualities are of great importance to us.
