Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome with us. We are now seeking a Property Manager As a Property Manager, you have a central role in our customer-oriented organization. You are responsible for ongoing dialogue with our customers, which include housing cooperatives and commercial clients located in Norrköping and Nyköping. You will have full access to all the broad property expertise available within Riksbyggen. You ensure that customer needs are combined with the right resources from Riksbyggen. This means you work closely with other property managers, accountants, customer managers, operations technicians, and facility caretakers. This is Market Area East Market Area East conducts property management and currently has approximately 130 employees within Economic and Technical Management, Customer Groups, and Facility Services. Make a Difference With Us You are the contact person for housing cooperative members and tenants regarding matters related to technical property management. Customer responsibility across the entire market area may occur. The Property Manager's responsibilities for ongoing management include: Updating, revising, and preparing maintenance plans. Administration of insurance matters and incident reports. Performing status inspections in apartments. Responsibility for contacts with authorities and suppliers. Managing authority inspections, supervision, and maintenance inspections. Participation in procurement and implementation of maintenance projects. You Contribute With Your Expertise and Commitment We are looking for someone with academic education from university/college with a focus on property management, building and/or property engineering, or equivalent work experience from the construction or real estate industry. You have 2-3 years of experience working with customer relations, knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements in the field, and experience interpreting and preparing procurement and contract documents. You also have experience preparing maintenance plans for properties. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs – you want to be part of developing and creating good living environments. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue where proactivity and customer feedback are very important. You have strong problem-solving skills and want to work in a business-like manner. You enjoy working toward goals and finding new ways to develop yourself and the business around you. You provide excellent service and always act professionally. You have a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have experience from board assignments or work in a housing cooperative, we see that as an advantage. The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Norrköping or Nyköping, but work in other locations within the market area will occur.
