What is property management really about? Well, in the big picture two things. People and buildings. In that order. That's why we're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who likes building relationships as well as taking care of and developing our residential and commercial properties in Gävle. You will get to work with a diverse property portfolio consisting of both new construction and turn-of-the-century apartments, as well as commercial spaces. As a property manager, you will also drive rental matters for both residential and commercial spaces. You will have an active role in reducing vacancies, creating attractive offers and ensuring a high occupancy rate through close collaboration with both existing and potential tenants. We're looking for you – a curious and experienced property manager who knows residential and commercial properties. Someone who enjoys thinking about how we can increase our net operating income while keeping residential and commercial tenants as satisfied as possible. Loving numbers and calculations is a must in this position. But equally important is an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves communication, service and driving rental matters in a business-like and customer-oriented way.
