We are looking for a property management assistant responsible for lock and access systems for the Residential Area.
Job Responsibilities
As a property management assistant responsible for lock and access systems, you will become an important part of our technical property management. You are responsible for managing and administering lock and access systems for our residential and commercial tenants, and you provide support to customers and colleagues regarding keys, locks, and access.
The role combines operational work with development and improvement. Your responsibilities include administering tags, keys, and alarms, as well as managing false alarms related to lock, access, and alarm systems. You liaise with lock suppliers and are the procurement contact for tasks such as lock system replacements and access system installations. The role also includes customer billing and budget responsibility within projects.
In new construction and renovations, you participate in projects and contribute your expertise to find smart, secure, and long-term solutions for lock and access systems. You also work proactively to identify improvement opportunities in our existing systems and stay updated on developments in the field. You collaborate closely with property managers, facility supervisors, maintenance staff, and contractors.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, experience working with lock and access systems, and knowledge of reading and interpreting digital lock diagrams. You have a valid driver's license (Category B) and a technical interest.
It is a merit if you have training in property or lock systems and experience with project work, such as in new construction and renovations where lock and access systems have been implemented. Technical knowledge or experience with surveillance camera systems is also a merit. Knowledge of Assa Performer's digital lock diagrams and experience with administering digital key safes and budget responsibility in projects are also advantageous.

You have a strong customer focus and enjoy driving work forward and finding improvements in both working methods and technical solutions.
