Vikingagårdens förskola has four departments and is located in a beautiful green area in Bomhus. The preschool yard is large and spacious with good opportunities for physical activity, play and movement together for children of all ages. We use a theme-based approach in our teaching. At Vikingagården, we meet all children with openness in a permissive environment where everyone has the opportunity for joyful learning. JOB DUTIES Are you a pedagogical preschool teacher who wants to contribute to children's learning and development? We are looking for you who are an engaged, positive, team player and driven preschool teacher who is passionate about your mission and pedagogical development work. Your job duties include: • Together with colleagues in the team, you have main responsibility for education at the preschool • You plan, implement, document and follow up and evaluate the activities according to decided goals and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • A degree from the preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with authority to teach in preschool and preschool class or ongoing studies in the preschool teacher program with degree Jan 27 • Is familiar with and has knowledge of the preschool curriculum • Has good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing It is considered an advantage if you have experience with AAC and/or TAKK as well as with children in need of special support. To succeed in the role as a preschool teacher, you: • Have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient and use resources to best achieve results. • Have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children and guardians. • Have the ability to lead and motivate children and get them to thrive and feel good. You help children feel a sense of belonging and inclusion. You are good at creating an open dialogue and adapt your language based on the current situation. • Have the ability to find solutions to problems that arise. To enable us to assess your application, you must attach your preschool teacher certification or a results certificate showing that you have a preschool teacher education that will soon be completed. Digital interviews will take place on the afternoon of 5/10 and all day 6/10. As a final candidate in the recruitment process, it is a requirement that you provide an extract from the criminal records register for work in the school system.
