In preschool area 1 on Kungsholmen, you will become an important part of a team working to give our youngest Stockholmers the best start in life. Our pedagogical approach is based on an exploratory method with children's participation and influence in focus. Here, children will meet playful educators throughout their day at preschool.

Your role
As a substitute preschool teacher at Eden, you will have an important role in actively contributing to shaping education based on the unit's pedagogical approach.
Using tools such as observation, documentation, and reflection, you make children's learning processes visible and determine the direction for the next steps in pedagogical work. As a preschool teacher, you create aesthetic, inviting, and sustainable pedagogical environments and engage both children and colleagues in this. You contribute to creating an education that includes all children and adapt education and teaching based on this perspective.
Your competence and experience
You are a certified preschool teacher with several years of experience in the profession.
You have good digital competence.
Since an important part of the role is documentation, language development work with children, and close dialogue with guardians, you need to have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
We will place special emphasis on the following personal abilities and skills: You have knowledge and ability to lead your team so that you collectively realize the curriculum's goals and values. Your child focus is clear and is reflected in your daily approach through practicing attentive and close leadership where children's influence is central. You have knowledge of how to make children's learning processes visible and further develop them through pedagogical documentation. You are a playful educator who is always close to the children and participates in and initiates play both spontaneously and as part of planned instruction. Your collaboration skills are very good and you are accommodating in your interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues.
