Job Responsibilities Hinderbanan preschool is centrally located in Kviberg with close proximity to both public transportation and beautiful environments. The preschool consists of four departments that collaborate in two larger work teams. We believe in children's competence and that children express themselves in many different ways, not just with words. Our approach is inspired by Reggio Emilia's philosophy, and we work with inclusive education where all children have the opportunity to develop based on their individual prerequisites. Language development is an important part of our activities. We work based on a shared language strategy that we have developed ourselves. Through read-alouds, book discussions, and intentional work with rich language, we give children good opportunities to develop their vocabulary and communication skills. We also have extensive experience with language development work through SOKA. You will lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in an engaged work team. Together you will plan, implement, document, and follow up on the education based on the preschool's curriculum.
