Business Description Tallbacka förskola is a three-section preschool located in the same building as Tallbacka School in the Mellanområdet area of Gällivare. The sections currently have mixed-age groups of 1–5 years with a maximum of 18 children in each group. The preschool is very close to nature in the Mellanområdet and uses this as a learning environment in teaching the children. Tallbacka förskola operates based on sustainable development and gender equality with a clear foundation in the Swedish National Curriculum for Preschool 2018. Tallbacka förskola is part of a collegial network together with Granbacka and Aurora förskola where we collaborate and exchange experiences. The operation is safe and well-established. We work through projects and processes with the children, and it is the children's interests and influence that form the basis for how teaching is designed. We spend much time outdoors and use nature as a foundation for children's learning and development. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that preschool instruction is based on the national curriculum. You take responsibility for planning, implementation, and reflection in the work team and for carrying out systematic quality work in collaboration with other colleagues and work teams at the preschool. Children should be given new challenges and receive support and stimulation for their development and learning. Qualifications We are looking for you who is a certified preschool teacher and who wants to help develop our exciting preschool activities. It is important that you are well familiar with our governing documents and that you are a clear leader who is independent, takes responsibility, and has a talent for taking your own initiative. You are positive and have confidence in children's abilities and are interested in using digital tools. As an educator, you value trusting relationships with children and parents, and you have good collaboration skills and use pedagogical conversations and pedagogical documentation in your work with children.
