About the Job
Strandlyckans förskola is located in central Östersund, just a stone's throw from Storsjön.
The preschool has a large outdoor area with lush greenery. Despite our central location, we are close to beautiful natural surroundings, where we can easily take a short walk to places like Badhusparken and Birgers Äventyrspark.
Strandlyckans förskola consists of approximately 36 children divided into 2 age-homogeneous groups.

Your New Job
We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher for Strandlyckans förskola.
You will be part of a team where you work together to plan and be responsible for children's education and development. We believe that all children can and want to learn, and that they should be in an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their skills. You are expected to develop trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

Typical Duties
• Plan and implement activities based on the curriculum.
• Develop pedagogical content that inspires development and learning, while stimulating and challenging children's interests, curiosity, and attention.
• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning.
• Create learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests, so that all children can develop according to their abilities and circumstances.
As a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to plan, teach, document, and evaluate the content of the preschool.
Your Qualifications
Requirements
• Trained and licensed preschool teacher.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Merits
• Good knowledge of the school's governing documents and the ability to apply them in daily work.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in a preschool.
• Good computer skills and curiosity about digital tools.
