TP Förskolor AB consists of 33 different preschools and one school across nine municipalities in total. The head office is located in Täby. We are a private company that conducts developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children ages 1-5 with well-educated and socially competent educators. We are now seeking a qualified preschool teacher with teacher certification for Skogsbackens förskola. Skogsbacken is a smaller preschool with two departments, one for younger children and one for older children. The preschool is located in a quiet area near forest and nature, and we have a large, wonderful preschool yard with many opportunities for fun play, exploration, and motor challenges. Skogsbacken is a workplace with an open and solution-oriented work climate with educated and engaged educators. With us, we help each other, share ideas, and work together to create a safe and developmental education for the children. The preschool uses a theme-based approach based on children's interests. In collaboration with the educators, the teaching is then developed throughout the school year. We place great emphasis on a relational approach where everyone's voices are equally important. Your assignment: As a preschool teacher with us, you will be part of a work team together with two childcare assistants. You will be the work team's preschool teacher and thus have a special responsibility for leading and driving the educational work forward, together with your colleagues. At Skogsbacken there are two additional preschool teachers who you work closely with. We collaborate closely across departments, share experiences and ideas, and support each other in the educational work. You are well grounded in our governing documents and have experience leading work teams and working with systematic quality development. You show great responsibility for your assignment, are flexible in interaction with children and colleagues, and have an easy time creating trusting relationships with both children and guardians.
