We plan and implement our education based on the I Ur och Skur pedagogy. Children are at the center and conscious leadership permeates our approach. The board and parents support us with administration, cleaning, procurement, and maintenance. With us, you'll receive: · Scheduled time for reflection and planning, both individually and as a team · Free pedagogical meals · Work clothes for outdoor activities · Shoe allowance · Professional development within I Ur och Skur · Wellness allowance · Opportunity to influence organization and development work · Access to digital tools in teaching and documentation · Small child groups · Present principal We're looking for you: · Licensed preschool teacher, or authorization to teach in preschool · Who is passionate about outdoor education · Who is experienced in conducting both planned and spontaneous instruction · Who wants to develop as a teacher · Who is skilled at collaboration · In your profession, you nurture relationships with children, parents, and colleagues It's advantageous if you have I Ur & Skur training and/or experience with outdoor education work. You have experience working with sustainable development, nature, and outdoor activities. You have knowledge of special education approaches and tools.
