We are looking for you who has a relatively new preschool teacher degree (not older than 5 years) and is trained as a Montessori educator/teacher for a fixed-term temporary position. At our preschool, we work in many different ways to give our children good conditions to become competent and develop at their own pace. Therefore, we are looking for you to combine Montessori pedagogy with teaching where children's interests are taken into account. We work from a democracy perspective to give children the opportunity to influence their day at preschool. As a preschool teacher at Pålsjö Montessori, your task is to ensure that each child is offered safe care, development and learning with special focus on Montessori pedagogy. Together in the work team, you ensure the children's best interests to provide a safe, developmental and enjoyable time at preschool. You are a certified preschool teacher and have experience working in preschool. We welcome newly graduated preschool teachers as applicants, but a requirement is that you have training in Montessori pedagogy. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
