JOB DUTIES
We are now seeking a preschool teacher for Eldstaden Preschool! Eldstaden Preschool started its operations in February 2020. We are located centrally in Falkenberg near Falcon Arena and have close proximity to forest and sea.
Eldstaden is a larger preschool with eight departments, offering great opportunities for development.
We are looking for someone who sees each child's unique abilities with a focus on children's and the facility's development and learning. In your work, you recognize the importance of children's learning environment both indoors and outdoors, creative expression, and the use of pedagogical documentation as a tool for systematic quality work, where you actively use digital means together with children and colleagues as part of this.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with preschool teacher certification. As a person, you should have the willingness, commitment, and curiosity to work together with your team and other colleagues at the preschool to develop a project-based approach where teaching and learning are built on a formative, collaborative, and inclusive approach.
You have good communication skills in both speaking and writing.
