Förskolan Explora in Bromma is seeking to strengthen our well-functioning team – a team with its heart in the right place.
Explora is a small preschool with only 45 spots, which creates good opportunities for close relationships with both children, parents, and colleagues. With us, both children and adults should feel seen, included, and valued.
About the Position
We are seeking a new team member for our Äventyrarna group, where our youngest children spend their time.
This is a fixed-term position for the spring term 2027, from January 7 to July 9, 2027.
In Äventyrarna, you'll meet curious little people who explore the world with their whole bodies. We're therefore looking for someone who enjoys being close to children's play and learning, who listens to their needs and interests, and who with warmth and commitment wants to contribute to a safe, joyful, and developmental everyday.

Our education is based on Lpfö18 revised 2025 and is characterized by curiosity, exploration, and learning together.
We work inspired by, among other things:
STEAM – where natural science, technology, construction, creativity, and mathematics come together in children's exploration.
Generation PEP – with focus on joy of movement, health, and an active everyday.
Sustainable Development – where children have the opportunity to develop understanding of nature, the environment, and how we together can care for our world.
We want to create a preschool where children's questions, hypotheses, and ideas are taken seriously and where the educator is present, curious, and co-exploring.
