Responsibilities
Laboratory and analytical research in targeted drug delivery with mRNA/lipid nanoparticle formulation.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent competence in biomedicine, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical education with documented completion of a course in biopharmaceuticals (at least 7.5 credits). Applicants must have documented experience and understanding of working with antibody derivatives and T cell receptors. Applicants must also have worked with one or more methods such as cell culture-based assays, antibody-based laboratory assays (e.g., flow cytometry and/or ELISA), and have experience with molecular-based methods. Please clearly indicate in your application (personal letter and CV) that you have documented course completion or other experience in these areas.
Desirable/Meriting Experience
Experience from thesis work or previous employment in the field. Documented ability to acquire new relevant laboratory techniques in the area. Experience in the field of advanced drugs/cell therapies and method development informed by sequencing data. Meriting are data analyses in FlowJo, Kaluza, and GraphPad, as well as experience with high standards for documenting laboratory activities.
