We are looking for a warehouse assistant for our client in Oskarshamn. Here you will have a role where you become an important part in ensuring that production runs smoothly, from receiving and registering goods to delivering the right materials on time to maintenance and production.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys order and structure and who wants to work in an operation where accuracy and service are crucial. To fit the role, we would like to see that you:
- Have experience in warehouse work, production, or logistics
- Are comfortable working in different systems and have good knowledge of the Office package
- Are service-oriented and can build good relationships with colleagues and customers
- Have a logical and solution-oriented work approach
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- It is highly meritorious if you hold a forklift certificate.
What does the role involve?
In your role as a member of the Supply Room, you will:
- Receive and handle incoming packages and goods
- Administer orders and register items in the business system
- Create new storage locations and perform physical storage
- Pick and pack material for production and maintenance
- Participate in inventories and handle any discrepancies
- Actively contribute to improvement work and structure through 5S
You will become part of a team that works closely with both colleagues and customers, while you can independently plan, prioritize, and adjust pace when the situation requires it.
