CleanSea is now looking for a business development sales representative who wants to build long-term and short-term partnerships with companies that care about the ocean and the environment. About the role: You work with business-to-business sales, where you: Contact decision-makers (CEOs, sustainability or marketing managers). Schedule and conduct meetings. Understand the company's goals and commitment. Develop partnership proposals that fit their situation. You work with both warm and cold leads, but always with a focus on dialogue, understanding and long-term relationships, not hard-sell tactics. Who we're looking for: You enjoy collaboration and relationship building. You are curious, a good listener, and comfortable in professional settings. You are motivated by goals, development, new challenges, and making a difference. You don't need previous sales experience—the right attitude is much more important than your CV.
