Interim Director/Operations Manager for Supported Housing Do you want to step into an important leadership role where your experience and leadership make a real difference? We are now looking for a confident and experienced interim director/operations manager for a time-limited assignment within a supported housing operation in the Stockholm area. The assignment is right for you if you can quickly get up to speed in an existing operation, create structure and clarity, and contribute with stable and professional leadership during a transition period. About the Assignment The operation provides supported housing for adults within sociopsychiatric care, substance abuse disorders, and comorbidity. As interim director/operations manager, you will have clear operational leadership responsibility. Your focus will be ensuring stability, structure, quality, and continuity in the operation. You will, among other things: lead and follow up on daily operations create clarity around responsibility, mandate, and management lead and support staff work systematically with work environment and quality ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and requirements contribute to structure, routines, and follow-up quickly identify needs and translate them into practical measures be a confident and present leader for both staff and operations. We are looking for you—an experienced, confident, and solution-oriented leader who enjoys quickly entering new operations. To succeed in this assignment, we would like you to have: relevant higher education, such as a degree in social work or equivalent documented experience in management or director responsibility experience from supported housing, sociopsychiatric care, substance abuse services, or other related social services good knowledge of the Swedish Social Services Act (SoL), IVO requirements, and systematic quality work experience with personnel responsibility and systematic work environment management good understanding of the target group, particularly comorbidity between mental health issues and substance abuse problems the ability to quickly get up to speed in an existing organization and create structure high personal integrity and stable, clear, and professional leadership.
