The clients living with us are 21 years and older and have a BmSS decision from their home municipality. About the Position We are now looking for a person who can serve as Manager for our operations. As Manager/Assistant Unit Manager, you will work in close cooperation with the unit manager, nursing assistants/care workers, nurses, and occupational therapists. You should have the ability to lead a team and meet clients' needs while ensuring that the support provided is in accordance with their care decisions. In your role as Manager/Assistant Unit Manager, you will mainly work with: • Providing close managerial support to staff in their daily work with clients. • Overseeing the facility's daily operations, supporting and guiding staff, and handling other planning tasks. • Implementing new procedures and conducting various follow-ups, such as care plans, risk assessments, and progress reports. • Driving development initiatives related to the operations. The position of Manager/Assistant Unit Manager requires attention to detail, flexibility, leadership ability, and responsiveness. Therefore, great weight will be placed on personal suitability and previous experience. To apply for the position, you must have/be: • Relevant higher education in healthcare/social care (for example, social worker or other higher education that the employer deems appropriate) with at least 180 credits. • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a major part of the work. • Class B driver's license and access to your own car.
