Solåkrabyn is a non-profit organization that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show genuine interest in the work. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are willing to ask questions when needed. Qualifications: You need to have care and support education or equivalent education. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a B driver's license are required. Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered advantageous. Your tasks will include supporting, motivating, and stimulating residents' own ability to perform activities of daily living and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Written documentation is part of the daily work. Working hours: Fixed-term position with agreement on recurring temporary assignments. Scheduled work hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call sleeping shifts.
