Job Description We are now recruiting vehicle directors for on-demand employment with the possibility of working year-round. This role is perfect if you want to combine work with, for example, studies, other activities, or if you appreciate flexible employment. Work shifts are scheduled based on operational needs, and you'll receive good advance notice when shifts become available. As a vehicle director, you are the hub of our operations at the border crossing. You are responsible for directing and managing vehicles in a safe and efficient manner so that traffic flow runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires good communication skills, quick problem-solving, and an eye for detail. Working as a vehicle director is perfect for you if you enjoy meeting people and helping them in their daily lives. At our office in Strömstad, you'll become part of a cohesive team where cooperation, commitment, and service are in focus. Work shifts are typically 7-8 hours long and are scheduled mainly during daytime hours, often starting around lunch. Work is primarily on weekdays, but some variations may occur based on operational needs. Work takes place mainly outdoors year-round and in all weather conditions. It's therefore important that you enjoy active work and can be flexible whether the sun is shining or the rain is falling. Requirements Requirements Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Class B driving license Good knowledge of English Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periodic high work pace.
