Driver/Workshop Assistant - Hourly Position

RBN Bilteknik is seeking a driven and hands-on person who wants to enter the automotive industry and grow with us. We're looking for the right person above all – you don't need prior workshop experience. If you're responsible, love cars, are practical, and want to learn, we'll train you on the job. What will you do? The work is varied and may include: Repair of stone chips in car windows Basic tire-related work Pickup and delivery of vehicles Driving for our corporate customers Basic practical work on cars Assist our technicians and the workshop as needed You'll receive introduction and training in the work tasks you need to master. As you develop and show what you can handle, there's an opportunity to take on more technical tasks and learn more about car service and workshop work. Who are we looking for? For us, attitude is more important than a long CV. We're looking for someone who: Is reliable and arrives on time Is hands-on and enjoys working with your hands Is thorough and cares for customers' vehicles Wants to learn and develop Can work independently and take responsibility Is flexible and ready to help where needed Has a B-class driver's license and good driving experience Previous automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required. The Position The role starts as an hourly position as needed. Right now we have a lot of work and for the right person there's an opportunity for many work hours. Work normally takes place on weekdays during daytime hours. Our ambition is also to find someone who can develop together with the company. For the right person, the role can therefore evolve over time to include more responsibility, more technical tasks, and a more long-term employment. About Us RBN Bilteknik is an automotive workshop on Norrmalm in central Stockholm and is affiliated with Mekonomen Bilverkstad. We work with both private customers and larger corporate clients and operate with both traditional workshop work and field service assignments.
