Duties Are you interested in improvement, innovation, and development work? Lekeberg Municipality has high ambitions and a strong drive in developing the municipality, where digital development and AI are a natural part of the development work. As a Change Leader, you will be part of the Business and Development Department and report to the Head of Business and Development. As a Change Leader, you will work with a broad spectrum of development initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the digitalization project manager, communications, and administrative managers in the work with digital development and changed ways of working. You will drive changes of various sizes: smaller activities, feasibility studies, benefit calculations, and projects from strategic level to operational implementation. Subsequently, you ensure evaluation and follow-up. You work in close dialogue with the operations. The Change Leader has an important role in building relationships and holding together the various collaboration areas. Engaging people and creating understanding for changes in processes and ways of working is an important part. As a Change Leader, you can easily identify what is critical for change work to succeed and be able to support other leaders in change work within your own operations. The work includes: responsibility for developing and implementing processes and ways of working in dialogue with those involved, to drive the organization's development forward. serving as an advisor and support to managers and leaders so they can lead in change in the best way. responsibility for producing decision materials and recommendations. compiling current state analyses and identifying improvement areas regarding the municipality's development work. evaluation and follow-up of implemented changes. capturing and driving issues forward. Environmental monitoring and networking are a natural part of the role. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: a university degree in an area that the employer considers relevant for the position multiple years of experience in professional roles considered equivalent to this position experience leading leaders experience leading, coordinating, and implementing strategic quality/development assignments experience working in complex organizations, preferably within politically governed organizations good general IT knowledge, which we see as a prerequisite for managing the role a B-class driver's license and the ability to drive a car. To fit this role, you need to be analytical, structured, and process-oriented. Your communication skills are also in focus since the position involves frequent contacts and collaboration requirements. Through clear leadership and momentum, you get things done. As a person, you are curious about processes while being goal and results-oriented. You have the structure required to implement or lead others in changes with a clear direction toward the goal. You are pedagogical and have an easy time both thinking out and presenting ideas and new approaches in a way that your surroundings understand.
